A POC Specialist will work with the client’s nursing, IT and finance departments to better understand the environment of the healthcare facility and it’s patient rooms, know the process workflow their new Complete Care Solution will need to support and understand the needs and goals set by all departments involved in the decision making process.

Solution Proposal
After obtaining a clear understanding of the client's needs and goals, the POC Specialist will configure a solution that is unique to the client and provide a POC Solution Proposal for the client that will meet the requirements and goals outlined during analysis. Elliott's goal is to create a POC solution that is the right fit for each individual client as opposed to taking a one size fits all approach that inevitably leaves the customer with an unsatisfactory outcome.
